Seton Gordon’s Cairngorms: An anthology

A restful book, combining writings of that most eminent of Scottish naturalists, Seton Gordon, with photographs taken of him and by him throughout his life in his beloved Cairngorms. Coming from a time when walking in the hills would normally be accompanied by a gun, Seton, was one of the first to take with him only a quiet sense of observation, and later his camera, to observe, learn about and record the natural world around him paving the way for future natural historians.
