Join BTO Youth and the RSPB Wokingham & Bracknell Local Group at Dinton Pastures Country Park for a guided wildlife walk, guided by BTO Youth Representatives Johana and Raman.

Join BTO Youth Representatives Johana and Raman for a guided wildlife walk around Dinton Pastures Country Park, a 350-acre country park situated in the heart of Wokingham. This event is hosted in partnership with the RSPB Wokingham & Bracknell Local Group.

The aim of the event is to bring people of all ages together, build friendships and a bigger community of birders across Reading. It will give an introduction to bird watching and basic details of UK bird species you might spot in the area. A mindfulness activity will be held at the end of the walk, allowing attendees to fully immerse in nature.

The park is accessible to wheelchairs and the site provides well-maintained paths. However, this site might be muddier than usual. Toilets are located at the Visitor Centre and beverages can be bought from one of many Dinton Cafés.

This event is run with the support of BTO and the RSPB.

Please note that this event is free to attend and open to all ages. Participants under 18 will need to fill in a consent form with their parent(s)/carer(s) and send this to BTO before the event.
