No change for Lyster

Lyster last transmitted on the 10 November and we are expecting another transmission soon. He was still close to Ewo on the 10th.

Transmission today from Clement

Clement transmitted at 08.21 this morning and is still in the same location within Nigeria.

Expecting transmission from Martin

We last heard from Martin on the 10 November and transmissions show that he is still in the same location in CAR. We should hear from him in the next couple of days. Will he have moved to join the others in Congo?

Chris last transmitted at 06.44 on the 13 November but has not moved from his previous location.

Recent transmissions from Kasper

Kasper last transmitted on the 13 November at 21.25 but there have been no significant movements from his previous location.

Lyster backtracks

08 Nov 2011

On the 4 November we received transmissions showing that Lyster was on the move, back-tracking in a northerly direction. He moved around 50km away from the tributary that was nearby, and is now located near Ewo.  If you zoom in on the map you can see this movement more closely.

Lyster is second to cross the equator

Lyster has moved further south. He arrived in Congo on 29th October, however, a transmission from him in the early hours of this morning shows that he has moved further into Congo and is now 70km (42miles) further south-east than he was on the 29th. He is just north of Okoyo near to a tributary of the Congo river and is the second Cuckoo to cross the equator.

Martin still in CAR

Early this afternoon, we received a transmission that showed Martin was still in CAR and is making short flights in the area.

Little change from Chris

At 07.51 on 1 November we received a transmission from Chris that showed he was still close to the river Ubangi within Congo.

No change from Kasper

03 Nov 2011

The last transmission from Kasper was received on 1st November and shows that he is still north of Brazzaville, Congo. He has been joined south of the equator by Lyster!
