Chris is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of BTO Youth Engagement across the UK, working closely with Faye and the Youth Volunteers to raise the profile of the BTO and encourage more young people to become citizen scientists.

Interests & Responsibilities

Chris has nearly 10 years of experience working on different youth programmes and initiatives in England and Australia, setting up his own projects, as well as working for Mencap, Peace Child International and The Challenge Network.

Having joined the BTO with minimal birding experience, Chris has since been blown away by the enthusiasm, passion and knowledge of the Youth Volunteers and has now caught the birding bug.
