Robinson in West Africa? - 04 Mar 2019
A single poor location from Robinson's tag at 8.04am on 2 March put him 6.5km (4 miles) out to sea from the southern shore of Nigeria and over the Bight of Bonny. We will need some good quality locations to confirm this but suspect when we get these he will have made landfall in Nigeria.
Robinson has moved west - 20 Feb 2019

Robinson has been on the northeastern edge of the Ivindo National Park for almost six weeks. However, he has now moved 165km (102 miles) north and west, and is currently in fairly dense rainforest close to the border with Equatorial Guinea.

Robinson still settled in Gabon - 07 Feb 2019
Robinson is still in the area of dense forest in Gabon that he arrived in a month ago. He is moving around a little but seems settled on the northeast boundary of the Ivindo National Park.
Robinson heads north - 03 Jan 2019
During the last few days of December Robinson moved north, 112km (70 miles). This could be the very beginning of his long flight back to the UK. He has a journey of around 7,000km (4,500 miles) from his current location back to his Sherwood Forest breeding site, via west Africa.
Robinson moves north - 20 Dec 2018
During the last week Robinson has moved north, flying 133km (83 miles) to the northern edge of the Ivindo National Park, Gabon. The habitat appears similar to that he has been in since arriving in Gabon. It seems too early for him to be making the first move north, so it will be interesting to see what he does during the next couple of weeks.
