Join Garden BirdWatch
Participate free for a year in a great citizen science project by watching the wildlife outside your window. Contribute to our understanding of Britain’s birds and get more pleasure from your garden today.
We are currently unable to mail out our normal free book, welcome pack or magazines. The free offer will include access to our online recording system, and our regular e-newsletter with information on recording and identifying garden wildlife. The free membership will be valid for one year, after which it will expire as normal.
The project is funded by our members through an annual subscription of £17. Under normal circumstances, joining GBW includes -
- A copy of the acclaimed 220-page 'Garden Birds and Other Wildlife' (RRP £14.99), which will help you identify and learn more about your garden wildlife
- Our magazine Bird Table delivered four times a year
- Access to expert advice from the BTO to help you identify, understand and look after the wildlife in your garden
- Our regular e-newsletter, packed with information on recording and identifying garden wildlife, and news from the GBW community
As stated above, at this exceptional time, we are unable to offer the joining pack with book and magazine; instead we are offering an online GBW membership for free, with regular electronic communications to keep you connected.
