In addition to the formal trends and research papers that emerge from analysis of BTO Garden BirdWatch data, we also present data summaries for the core species that we monitor, together with basic information on participation and submissions.
Thanks to over three decades of monitoring and the dedicated contributions of Garden BirdWatchers, the BTO's Garden BirdWatch has built an incredibly rich database on the birds and wildlife visiting gardens across the UK. This long-term effort allows us to present the findings through a range of visualisation tools, showcasing patterns and changes in garden biodiversity across time.
