Your donation helps us achieve more before April 528 Mar 2011
If you wish to make a gift-aidable donation in support of our work, it’s worth more to us before 5 April. When the basic rate of income tax was reduced from 22% to 20%, it meant that charities could only reclaim 25p from every pound donated (instead of 28p) back from the Government. The Gift Aid transitional relief, introduced in 2008, boosted the relief back to 28p, but this ends on 4 April 2011. If you want your gift to do more for Britain’s birds, please make your donation online before the 5 April.
