Join our Youth Representative Keir and London Wildlife Trust for a bird walk and arts activity at the wonderful Walthamstow Wetlands!

Join us for either one or both birding-based events at Walthamstow Wetlands! Book on here for the afternoon's bird walk and arts activity. Keir will guide you around the wetlands looking for the reserve's wide variety of birds, before leading a creative zine-making session thinking about the future of birdwatching and conservation.

This is the second of two events happening: there is a ringing demonstration in the morning. To book on to this event as well, make sure to sign up. This day of events promises to have something for everyone as we discuss the state of and the future of birding!

Meeting point will be at 9:45am outside of the Engine House Cafe. Come prepared for any weather in appropriate clothing and footwear, and bring some water and lunch.

This event is co-organised with London Wildlife Trust's Youth Board.

Any questions or to get in touch with the organisers please email youth [at] bto.org.

Please note that this event is open to 10–24-year-olds only. Participants under 18 will need to fill in a consent form with their parent(s)/carer(s) and send this to BTO before the event.
