Places available

Join BTO's Youth Representatives to find out how you can be a scientist and help organisations like BTO learn more about and protect birds.

At this stage, you’ll be able to identify a wide range of species already. So what can you do with this new skill? Youth Representative Mark Pitt and Youth Advisory Panel member Alicia Hayden will talk you through what it means to be a citizen scientist, and how you can help protect the species you’ve been learning about.

This event is part of the 12-part BTO Youth's Birding 101 series. Find out more about the series and other sessions here

Please note that this event is open to under 25-year-olds only and will take place on Zoom. Participants under 13 will need to fill in a consent form with their parent(s)/carer(s) and send this to BTO before the event.
