The highly acclaimed ‘Garden Birds and Wildlife, by Mike Toms & Paul Sterry, is now available in a special paperback edition exclusive to the BTO Garden BirdWatch. Although the book carries a cover price of £14.99, you cannot buy this book in the shops but you can get it free by joining the BTO Garden BirdWatch survey.

Thanks to the generous support of AA Media Ltd and Paul Sterry at Nature Photographers, the BTO is able to offer new participants in its year-round Garden BirdWatch survey a free copy of the highly acclaimed ‘Garden Birds and Wildlife’.

Tim Harrison, Garden BirdWatch Development Officer at the BTO, commented “We hope that new participants in Garden BirdWatch will be able to use this book to increase their knowledge and enjoyment of birds and other garden wildlife.”

The BTO Garden BirdWatch is a unique study, self-funded through an annual subscription of £17 by its participants. Everyone who takes part in the survey receives a quarterly colour magazine, recording forms and access to Garden BirdWatch Online and the expertise of BTO staff.
